I am an EMDR-trained therapist who specializes in working with those who have experienced religious trauma; adult children of dysfunctional families; and life transitions. I have a special place in my heart for working with the LGBTQIA+ community as well. When using EMDR, I incorporate attachment and strengths-based approaches to soften the process.
