My background in art helps me to be curious, to truly listen. To help you tune into what you may have difficulty identifying but is manifesting in your mind and body in harmful ways. Together we can identify your defenses - the ways you keep yourself safe and the pain away but also keep you stuck and take away your sense of well-being.
I believe relationships are the foundation of well-being. Therapy can help deepen your connection to your emotions and the people you care about.
