My goal is to enhance the personal relationships and positive interactions in clients' lives as well as assist them in becoming fully confident in their decision-making process. I strive to assist clients in recognizing their unhelpful behaviors and then implement multiple creative coping skills to aid in relaxation & identification of solutions.
