LGBTQ+ Mental Health Wellness Group

Welcome in! This is a therapy support group for folks age 23-35 who would like to build community and meaningful connections, gain support through life transitions, navigating family and peer dynamics, and overcoming adversity, while developing a stronger core sense of self, belonging and value in a group setting. This is an in person group (location TBA) on Tuesdays from 5-630pm. 10 members max. Contact me if you're interested in joining. I look forward to connecting!
