I'm a therapist with a real passion for working with women during difficult transitions such as going to college, experiencing heartbreak, becoming pregnant, learning how to be a parent, and separation and divorce. During these times, we discover reserves of inner strength that we never knew we had. If we can open ourselves up to new ways of interacting with painful experiences, it can unlock the door to honest and vulnerable communication and a greater capacity for love. I treat a variety of traumas including acute trauma, childhood or attachment trauma, sexual trauma, and medical trauma.

I will work with you in a safe and collaborative way to determine your goals for therapy. I'll also invite you to slow down and turn your attention inward, so you can notice thoughts and feelings that emerge and ultimately learn how to make more choices in the moment rather than simply reacting.

I'll help you explore patterns of relating to others, without judgment, so you can decide which parts of your identity feel right and which no longer serve you. You will develop new skills that allow you to feel more at peace, safer in your body, and more conscious of your internal thoughts and feelings.
