Breaking Out, Being Free – a forthcoming support group tailored to empower and uplift women grappling with the emotional complexities of managing sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). ? Our Purpose is to creat a safe haven crafted with care, where women can find solace, understanding, and camaraderie on their journey towards self-acceptance and healing. Our mission is to foster an environment of compassion, empathy, and growth, helping each participant embrace their worth beyond societal stigmas.

Black Women's Radical Restoration {An online Mindfulness Group} is created to restore ourselves in these uncertain times through radical rest, radical restoration and radical resistance through self care, self-compassion and action. A safe space to unpack work stress (including remote work), social/familial dis-connection, isolation, relationship problems, health disparities, grief/loss due to COVID, and the effects of racial and social injustice such as overt, covert and other discriminatory practices. We may various holistic tools such as mindfulness meditation practices, guided imagery, tapping, self hypnosis, dance/movement, deep breathing and other nature-based/indigenous practices
