I am a Licensed Cognitive Behavioral Therapist who uses a Person-Centered approach to therapy. I specialize in issues of Codependency. I believe in educating the client about how certain thoughts and behaviors originated and developed; and then I segue into teaching techniques to change distorted thoughts and behaviors that are not serving you.
