Healing From Narcissistic Abuse: Women's Group
A bi-weekly IN PERSON process group for women to discuss issues related to surviving narcissistic abuse, whether it is by way of a romantic partner, family member, friend or work colleague. Narcissistic abuse can lead to feelings of emptiness inside your heart, low self-esteem, and an inability to feel valued without needing approval from emotionally unavailable people. Learn to identify patterns that leave you vulnerable to narcissistic abuse, as well as new ways to value and esteem yourself.
