I am EMDR trained clinician and bring a trauma informed approach to my practice.
I have more than a decade of experience of working with adults, couples, children, families. i have specialized training in Advanced Process Model, Mindfulness training and EMDR. I currently facilitate T groups at Stanford Business School and provide clinical consultation to local non profits namely Avenidas Rose Kleiner Center and Narika.
I have worked through my own trauma, insecurities around my body, gender and diversity in therapy. I understand how difficult it is to bring these to the therapy room. I bring sensitivity and compassion so individuals/couples can explore, introspect and make meaning of your experiences. Transcending and living a full and wholesome life is possible .
