I take a collaborative, highly individualized approach to treatment that is warm and empathic. My approach is primarily psychodynamic, but I am also adept at utilizing integrative techniques from cognitive, humanistic, and experiential modalities when warranted. My work is informed by my training and experience at some of the nation's finest institutions, including Columbia University Medical Center, New York University, Rutgers University, and the National Institute for the Psychotherapies.
