Hello and welcome! I am excited to support you or your child through this stressful experience of being human at times. I believe healing begins by tuning in to ourselves and becoming more aware of our powerful and intuitive body systems. These systems let us know when something is wrong and if we feel safe in a challenging situation. By learning our body/brain connection, I have felt and observed the power it has in improving regulation and managing overwhelming emotions.
From Peace Corps volunteer to crisis, outpatient and school based therapist, I have worked with diverse peoples of different backgrounds. I strive to practice anti-racist, body positive and LGBTQIA+ allyship to create safety and comfort. My approaches are rooted in science, expression, compassion and relationship. My passion is working with children.
