I am a Therapist (LCSW) and Registered Yoga Teacher in Lakeview/Roscoe Village in Chicago, integrating both body and mind where possible during therapy. I specialize in anxiety, trauma recovery, relationship distress, self esteem, postpartum support, substance use & life transitions for all people, and especially folks ages 18-35. I am passionate about social justice and serving historically marginalized groups, including the LGBTQI+ community.
My work is holistic and wellness-focused, utilizing mindfulness, Yoga-Integrated Therapy, and tools from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, & IFS.
