I am a licensed Social Worker with a Certificate in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from ICP in New York. Trained in interpersonal psychological theory, I have built on that theory and expanded it in the area of trauma informed therapy. I use my own life experience and the concept of mindfulness or "being in the moment" in my work with clients.
