We have all experienced various levels of loss, harm or violation in our lives and this will have an effect on us. I work with and alongside adults and families to promote healing and growth in their lives—in relationship to themselves and others.
I take a developmental and holistic approach grounded in depth psychology, attachment theory, interpersonal neurobiology and narrative therapy. With specialized training in trauma care, I incorporate a variety of therapeutic interventions as appropriate including EMDR, somatic awareness, mindfulness, DBT, CBT and art therapy.
