I hold a safe and non-judgmental space to help facilitate and promote my clients' healing process. My approach to therapy includes tailoring treatment to each client to meet their individual needs. I utilize an eclectic approach, using different therapeutic modalities including but not limited to psychodynamic and narrative therapy as well as CBT and mindfulness/relaxation techniques to help folks with issues such as emotional regulation and behavioral change.
I have worked with clients experiencing a wide range of emotional and life challenges and accept clients with varying and co-occurring diagnoses. I specialize in treating issues of grief and bereavement, body image, LGBTQ+ exploration, trauma, and life transitions.
