My therapeutic approach strives to help client's emotional and relationship wounds heal in order to regain inner peace & improve personal growth.I come from an extensive background using a mixture of cbt, family systems, mindfulness, stress management and insight oriented techniques- depending on the needs of the client. I am also a certified hypnotherapist.
