I aim to help clients build the capacity to explore, tolerate and navigate distress, and to learn to move through difficult moments with more ease. We can’t make negative emotions disappear, but we can work together to lessen their impact on your life.
Everyone is unique so there's no one-size-fits-all approach to successful change. My work is trauma-informed, drawing on psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral and compassion-focused therapy techniques. We will look for patterns and habits that are getting in your way, build upon your existing strengths, and foster compassion for yourself and others.
