I must create a supportive therapeutic environment for my clients to access their full potential. To do this I practice authenticity, transparency, and curiosity with my clients. I use an approach to therapy that combines cognitive, mindfulness-based, and somatic interventions to help clients face their emotions while communicating them to others.
