I help those with trauma using EMDR. I also can help with interpersonal conflict using a variety of techniques including DBT. Anxiety and depression go hand in hand and can have you spiraling out of control. I am neurodivergent myself, so I understand the struggle.
MY specialty therapies include EMDR and IFS. For talk therapy, I prefer strengths- based and using basic interpersonal skills to create a safe space for clients to talk. Some previous clients have said they did not feel like they were in therapy with me, but that it still worked to alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety.
