I am a holistic and client-centered therapist, which means that I work with clients' strengths and collaboratively. I enjoy working with Children, Adolescents, Parents, and Adults. I am Nationality Certified in Trauma-Focused Behavioral Therapy and Triple P Positive Parenting Program. If you are a new mom, a burnout parent, a college student, or an adult going through some challenging transitions. I am here to support, provide solutions, and encourage daily health practices to cope with life stressors.

I offer parenting, individual, and family sessions to children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, depression, and maternal mental health. I provide my clients with tools to navigate daily life, assist with supporting their personal goals, and in understanding patterns of behaviors to improve their lives and relationships.

Life is beautiful but it can be a difficult journey. New presenting challenges can impact one' ability to cope in life moments but these "issues" do not define who you are, know that no feeling is permanent.
