For 20+ years, I have gained experience in providing counseling and crisis intervention. My specialties include emotional trauma, chronic mental health issues, substance abuse, anxiety and PTSD, and adolescent issues. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Brainspotting and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART).
I believe that people possess the strength to make changes that will promote healing. My expertise lies in the ability to empower people who have survived trauma in an environment that is safe, supportive, dignified and non-judgmental.
