I believe psychotherapy is tailored to the needs of the client. Through building a therapeutic relationship, any number of topics or issues may be explored. I have experience working with trauma, which may have occurred in the distant past or may have been recently experienced, exploring sexuality and gender identity, and managing depression and anxiety.
