My approach to therapy is guided by each client, as I believe each person is unique, deserving of individualized treatment. I provide a warm, authentic, non-judgmental space and seek to create trust and safety. I utilize a holistic, collaborative and client-centered approach and am perinatal mental health certified and EMDR trained.
