As a LCSW and Qualified Supervisor, I focus on meeting with clients who suffer from trauma, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and mood disorders. I also help those who just need someone to talk too about life stressors and life decisions. I utilize a multitude of therapeutic techniques such as CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Solution Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Together we will reframe negative thoughts into positive ones,learn skills to overcome intrusive thoughts, and learn how to focus on your strengths.
