Hi! I’m Erin and I'm so glad you're here. It takes courage and vulnerability to step into a space for yourself and it takes strength and persistence to pursue it. I have a deep passion to walk alongside my clients- the good, bad, and ugly. Life is a journey and we are never meant to do it alone. I am passionate about creating a safe, consistent space for my clients where they can be their unapologetic, authentic selves. My goal is that together, we can find healing, learning, compassion, and growth so that you can experience the fullness of life you deserve. You are worth it.

I have experience working with individuals of all ages, including children and teens. My primary approach is using evidence-based practices including but not limited to, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-based, Solution Focused Therapy, and Brainspotting Therapy.

I have a very personalized approach when it comes to therapy. My focus is on you, the client. Determining what makes you feel safe and comfortable, getting to know your heart at your pace, meeting you exactly where you are at, and getting you to the place you want to go.
