My style is compassionate, direct, and solution-focused. I focus on special issues of attachment issues and trauma, shame, perfectionism, self-compassion, and radical acceptance. I address underlying trauma by understanding attachment and using tools like experiential therapy.

I help clients integrate spiritual principles such as honesty, hope, and willingness into their lives. I emphasize connection to one's body, nature, and community. I believe recovery is possible through a healthier relationship with oneself and others. I look forward to working with you.
