I have experience working with stress, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma & life transitions as it affects one's ability to maintain focus, peace, & clarity in different life contexts.
I use a variety of approaches and resources including emotionally focused individual therapy (EFIT) and faith & spirituality to challenge the thoughts and perspectives that affect the quality of life. I aim to create a safe space of exploration and acceptance which enables my clients to figure out how to be the healthiest version of themselves.
