I have twenty-three years of working with adolescents and adults providing counseling support. Individuals I work with in counseling find me to be genuine, supportive, and encouraging. I provide a compassionate ear, while providing feedback and suggestions to help you in your personal growth.
My approach to therapy utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, client-centered therapy, and strength-based therapy. I have experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, drug and alcohol addiction, stress, grief, support through fertility concerns, relationship issues, family struggles, parenting, and more.
