I use a strength-based, family systems approach in helping individuals, couples, adolescents, children, and their families to reduce stress, improve communication and relationships. My goal with all clients is to build on existing strengths, and help find realistic solutions to problems and help achieve their goals. I empower them to achieve the changes they are looking for, in a safe comfortable and non judgmental environment.
I have over 18 years experience working with children, parents, couples, individuals and families. I have extensive background working with individuals, families and couples going through transitions. ie: pre-marital, separation/divorce, grief/loss, suicide, school concerns, reconnecting with your partner, challenging teen years and parental guidance.
