I work with (ages 16+), adults, and couples that are pursing healing. I honor the courage to start counseling. I am highly trained in sex addiction, emotionally focused therapies, and have keynote trained at national conferences. I view therapy through an emotional and relational lens. My clients often get in cycles of relational distress and they typically have lacked care and comfort in these moments. The goal is to recognize the cycles and find comfort, care, and compassion from relationships. I focus on creating treatment based around compassion and help foster meaningful connection and attachment with family and friends.
Curiosity and awareness guide my approach. In treatment you will learn about your negative cycles and find new ways to cope that actually work. If you are motivated you will find counseling transformative. In the intake we will assess for attachment deficits, addiction, and trauma.
I am privileged to work with amazing individuals who bravely face difficulties with the things that may not be working quite right in their lives.
