I enjoy helping people explore all parts of their life to help make sense of present situations and to make a plan for a healthier future. This can look like discussing nutrition, exercise, emotional intelligence, past relationships and family dynamics, as well as a myriad of other topics. I prioritize a holistic approach for not only my clients, but for my own life as well and have personally experienced healthy change from this perspective.
I bring a trauma-informed perspective with advanced understanding of how events and feelings are connected to our body, brain, and the world around us. I hold a deep sense of empathy and compassion for each client's unique journey in life and will help each person use their strengths and resources to meet their goals.
