G.E.M.S.® (Girls Empowered Motivated and Strong)
G.E.M.S is designed for girls to be given the opportunity to feel empowered, gain self-awareness, develop coping strategies, improve problem-solving skills, understand that they are not alone, and learn to make healthy decisions. Using Cognitive Behavioral Techniques, Shame Resilience, and Fun. Each session is different so if you've done one before you learn something new each time. Groups are designed for girls age 8-18 (divided into age cohorts) and space is limited

The Daring Greatly™
The Daring Greatly™ is a program that is based on the research of Dr. Brene? Brown. The Daring Greatly™ group is a powerful, process-oriented group where we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus of the Daring Greatly group is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.

Rising Strong Group
The Rising Strong™ process provides a plan and tools to get back up and own our stories of struggle which gives us the power to write a daring new ending. This group will provide research-based techniques to help you “rise strong” when dealing with any life transition, loss, personal or professional setback, disappointment or failure. Join us to go deeper into the Reckoning, the Rumble and the Revolution and Rise Strong! This group will cover how to feel more confident and accepting of yourself. Become more courageous in your life and take bigger risks.
