With the knowledge, skills and awareness I've attained, I very carefully guide you to look back into your childhood, adolescence and adulthood. In doing so, I can help you to heal from past wounds of verbal, psychological, physical and/or sexual trauma/abuse, grief & bereavement and/or anger & resentment.
These traumatic memories and words become imprints in our minds which are difficult to cope with. You will then become aware of where these inner critics originated from. I guide you to release the pain and teach you how to rewrite the beliefs or "stories" you unconsciously tell yourself.
When you become more aware of these inner critics, you become more conscious and able to stop them and challenge them with the truth. This healing and spiritual work will not only heal your relationship with yourself, but also with your loved ones and create positive and loving relationships too.
