I have a wide range of experiences working with folks with many different challenges. Primarily I focus on family/relationship dynamics, anxiety disorders, substance use, PTSD and trauma related concerns. I use a non-judgemental, open minded approach in collaboration with therapy-seekers.
My style within my sessions is also very eclectic and more relaxed. I focus initially on building a relationship and trust within the sessions, and then progress based on a person's goals. I have experience with Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT and family therapy.
