My goal is to create space for all of you, including the parts of you that keep you going and even the parts that you are ashamed of, scared of, and maybe even hate?
I specialize in working with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship problems, life transitions, and trauma. I tend to pull from Internal Family Systems and Emotionally Focused Therapy because of their nonjudgmental approach, but I am also trained in CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy.
