Hi. I’m Eric Einhorn. Right now, you are probably in pain, but there is hope. You have already taken an important first step toward healing by searching for help. We all need and deserve loving, supportive relationships. Individuals struggle without fulfilling relationships in their lives. Couples get stuck in negative cycles of behaviors. My therapeutic practice focuses on Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and individuals, proven to be the gold standard for healing matters of the heart and maintaining positive relationship change.
Individually, I have faced my own struggles and experienced the pain, heartache and loneliness of failed relationships. Professionally, as a former divorce lawyer and mediator, I spent many years guiding people onto life rafts after the shipwrecks of divorce. Now, I want to help people build better boats.
For several years, I have worked as a professional ski instructor. This includes experience and training working with individuals and families with neurodiversity and various needs. I find peace and recreation in Utah’s mountains and waterways, and joy among friends, dancing and listening to live music.
