Therapy is a two person job. As a therapist, I am here to listen and encourage the client, but the client has to want to do the work within themselves. It is so important for us to work as a team to establish achievable goals that you as the client can work towards. As the therapist, I am the guide, but it is up to the client to put forth the work and effort to heal and better themselves.

As a therapist, I strive to create an environment where my clients feel heard, understood and are supported in the development of authenticity. I work with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, and life transitions and enjoy working with individuals from teens through adulthood. I use person-centered therapy as well as CBT.

I would love to hear about you and your story. I am passionate about helping others to feel listened to and acknowledging that we are not identified by our mental health issues.
