I recognize the profound impact that childhood trauma can have on our adult lives, often showing up in ways we may not fully understand.

In addition to helping you develop a positive sense of self and find coping skills that actually work for you, I incorporate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) techniques, specifically designed to aid in the processing of past trauma.
