I see individuals who are experiencing anxiety and depression that is causing stress and strain in their relationships that are the most meaningful to them. I particularly focus on navigating transition be it a new job or career, separation/divorce, parenting.

I work with individuals/families that have experienced emotional and physical abandonment and/or are healing from narcissistic abuse in either parental/romantic/sibling relationships. I work with children and youth. I have specialized training to work with children between 0-5.
