I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, parts work (from Ego State Therapy) and a person centered approach to offer you relief from anxiety, stress, upsetting memories, and other trauma related symptoms. I bring compassion, authenticity, and humor to our relationship. I also offer EMDR Intensives, which I describe in depth on my website.
