Outpatient Teen Group Therapy
Group therapy can be an effective way for teens to learn new skills, share experiences, and receive support from peers facing similar challenges. This group is facilitated by a licensed therapist and maintains a structured, safe environment for participants. This open group is a 17-week outpatient mental health group therapy program. Each session is 75 minutes in length and will focus on various therapeutic topics, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), grief, loss, trauma recovery, school stressors, and social media influences.
