English
| español Seeking therapy is a very brave/positive step, although scary. Whether you are overwhelmed with your emotions, experiencing life transitions, struggling to navigate relationships, anxiety, or depression, or stress, everyone needs somebody to listen to them sometimes. Life can be difficult going through adversities alone and sometimes having extra support is needed and that is okay. My purpose is to create a non-judgmental, safe space for you where you feel heard, validated, and most importantly supported. Mental health is a vital part of your well-being and I am honored to have the ability to offer those services.
Our human nature is so complex and my goal is to meet you where you are and walk alongside you to combat adversity. I have unique experience working children, adults and adolescents who have experienced complex trauma and everyday anxiety/depression. Together, we can process difficult topics while learning coping skills and gain more self-awareness.
My ultimate goal is for you to leave sessions feeling lighter and relieved. I hope to create a positive therapeutic relationship with you where you can feel comfortable and free of judgement. Sometimes the weight of our problems can be so heavy and we need someone to help carry our heavy bag. I hope to be that helper for you.
