Do you love your craft but find the business side of things can be hard on your mental health? I've been there and I can help. There is so much out of your control, no wonder anxiety and depression are common experiences for creatives. Therapy will help you gain a better understanding of who you are, where you come from, and how to cope with and respond to challenges. I offer a personalized approach to therapy designed to help you discover new insights into yourself and your relationships. I work to create a space where you have the freedom to express yourself without judgment and leave having felt heard and understood.
I work with anxiety, depression, bereavement, relational conflict, low self-esteem, and issues of personal growth. I treat survivors of various traumas, including complex and single events. I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy) to reprocess traumatic memories and negative beliefs about yourself or to access positive ones.
By the time you come to see me, you've already struggled long enough. My goal for our first session is that something - anything - feels lighter, or that you leave entertaining the possibility that there is another way to feel because there is another way. I look forward to working together.
