I believe that therapy should include heart and humor when possible, and that every person has the ability to make changes in their life.
I specialize in working with relationships - whether romantic or sexual, the relationship you have with your new or growing family, your family of origin, career, friends, or your relationship with yourself. I use a combination of therapeutic techniques to meet individual need. Using a trauma-informed lens, I work to keep client safety a priority.
I know asking for help & sharing your lived experience out loud are two of the most vulnerable things a person can do. You may be new to therapy or worry about your counselor judging you.
