Adolescent Group Therapy
Our psychoeducational group helps teens develop new skills as they share information and gain knowledge about a particular topic or issue. The adolescent therapy skills group is a hybrid cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral therapy informed evidence based treatment for adolescents who are struggling with emotion dysregulation, identity confusion, intense anxiety, depression, anger, difficulty in interpersonal relationships, impulsive behaviors, and teen-parent family conflict.
