I am a strengths based therapist that specializes in working with adolescents, teens, young adults, and families. I am passionate about helping young people find their voice and learn the skills necessary to feel confident and capable as they enter their next stage of life. I also have extensive experience working with those struggling with substance use, recovery based principles, and LGBTQIA+ populations.
Whether it be due to symptoms of anxiety, poor self esteem, or difficulty communicating with the ones you love, I strive to help you live an authentic life and thrive. I work collaboratively with my clients to create treatment goals, process problematic thoughts and behaviors, and learn coping skills that can be implemented in daily life.
