My training allows me to use an integrative approach to treatment. Improving your mental health includes a thorough assessment of social, emotional, physical, and psychological strengths and weaknesses. Building on a strengths perspective, I utilize Positive Psychology (study of happiness) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy as a framework for our work together.
