Equine Assisted Adolescent DBT Therapy
Adolescent DBT equine therapy combines DBT skills group with equine assisted experiential activities aimed at behavioral rehearsal of skills. DBT skills group is aimed at improving skills in the areas of 1) mindfulness, 2) interpersonal effectiveness, 3) distress tolerance, 4) emotional regulation, and 5) walking the middle path skills. This group is a 2 hour long group, with approximately 1 hour focused on DBT interventions and skill attainment and approximately 1 hour equine intervention with implementation of skills and interaction with equines. This group is part of a comprehensive full-model DBT program

Adult DBT Skills Group
DBT skills group provide skills training for adults age 18+. Skills training includes learning strategies in emotional regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, and interpersonal effectiveness skills. Adults engaging should be receiving individual DBT work with a DBT-informed clinician or individual DBT clinician. DBT skills group is a 1 hour lunch-time session. Clients are provided with materials to utilize for homework and ongoing work. This group is a skills-only group and not a part of a comprehensive DBT program.

Coping With Trauma Related Dissociation
This is a brand new group and looking for interested participants! This group discusses the range of dissociative disorders including dissociative amnesia, dissociative fugue, dissociative states, Dissociative Disorder, Not Otherwise Specified, and Dissociative Identity Disorder. This group provides psychoeducation and skills to begin working with dissociation. It is recommended that you see an individual therapist to work with your disorders. This group is adjunct to individual therapy. Please ask about individual therapy for working with Dissociative Parts!
