My goals as your counselor are to support and empower you to better understand your history, regulate your emotional patterns, build new coping skills, and improve your overall wellbeing. I've worked with people from diverse backgrounds and with a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, and grief.
