I believe in the transformative power of an affirming, collaborative therapeutic relationship. It is my privilege to be able to provide a safe, kind, and compassionate space to clients who are on their journey to self-acceptance and well-being. I am an anti-oppressive therapist; I center clients' strengths, hopes, and boundaries every step of the way. I am deeply connected to values of justice and collective liberation, and am attentive to how environmental and sociopolitical factors affect our mental health.
I specialize in anxiety, transracial adoption, women's sexual health, and Asian American wellness. I help you to understand and deconstruct what is holding you back, come into alignment with your values, and chart an actionable path forward toward what matters to you most. I'm especially honored to work with those from BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+ communities.
